Now my friend Devyn Powers (kingblubex) noticed that a little something was missing from Audino’s bar…

Could this just be an evolution of Audino, and not a Mega Evolution?

But isnt that mega septile or whatever next to her? Im terrible at names sorry. He doesn’t have the little mega icon either.

Alright, so I’m not sure if everyone saw these two posts floating around here on tumblr. At first they look like fan creations for Animal Crossing or something, but I recognized some of those characters from an old game called Magician’s Quest that back out back in 2008 for the regular DSLite. If you love Animal Crossing and have an affinity for magic, you’ll love this game.

This was the original game that I had played right here and its a lot more fun than you would expect. Much like Animal Crossing, you seem to be the only human in this little town and you have many neighbors that can move in or out. You have a singular dorm room that you can decorate how you please and you can even customize how your character looks with different clothes, accessories, and hairstyles! And all that flower breeding you loved? You can do that too! Even the bug and fish catching!! You can even go and hunt for treasure!
Your interactions definitely make a difference with the inhabited of your little town too, so if you wanted you could actually “date” a character you really liked. Setting up little playdates and such are a good way to make that happen.
Now, the main difference between this and Animal Crossing is the fact that you can actually go to the magic school there and learn all sorts of spells. You can use these for ingame quests or you can mess around with the characters in your game. These spells consist of, but are not limited to changing the weather, zap classmates or put them to sleep, teleport, reveal buried treasure or even shapeshift into one of your neighbors.

One of the major upgrades (besides the graphics) with this game is that you’ll get FAR more options with your mall. You will be able to customize what is sold there in the shops and even the shopkeepers themselves! Whenever you streetpass someone in this game, they’ll be able to shop in your mall and see what items it has to offer. This is going to be treated very similarly to the HHA Showcase in New Leaf.

But seriously! Let’s get hyped about this to show KONAMI that we’re willing to buy this fantastic game!!! We really need an english release!!
You can read more about it over here too!!
